Continuous experience in the practice of law as a lawyer, attorney, partner and co-founder of law firms and law firms since 2002. In 2007, a qualification exam for the right to practice law was successfully passed. In 2018, he established the law firm “Alexander Usovich and Partners”. Specialization: protection in criminal cases of corruption and White Collar Crime, property protection, dispute resolution, mediation.

Sergiy Portnoy

Counsel, Lawyer.
Odessa National University Practice areas: Real estate and land law, infrastructure and construction, IT & high tech. Sergiy has more than 15 years of legal experience assisting foreign and domestic investors with acquisitions of Ukrainian projects. He focuses on development, infrastructure, agriculture and IT projects. Prior to running Actis Law Firm he spent more than 8 years with one of the leading international law firms and latest 4 years managing private legal practice. He is well regarded professional in the area of real estate and infrastructure projects and is actively involved in law-making initiatives in the above areas.

Konstantin Silkin

LL.M, Central European University Practice areas : Corporate and commercial law, M&A, real estate and land law, labour law, tax and litigation University (Budapest, Hungary) Konstantin gained his diverse legal experience working in Kyiv offices of BIG 4 consulting companies - EY and PWC, as well as in classical Big Law - Baker&McKenzie, where his core competence areas where consulting clients on Corporate and M&A matters, land law and real estate issues, labour and regulatory aspects of business, as well as tax law and litigation. For the last three years Konstantin was working for the ministry of Justice of Ukraine where as the Deputy Head of the State Enforcement Department he implemented the element of complex judiciary reform and has successfully intorduced a private enforcmenet institution to the Ukrainian legal system.
